Mandatory Player Verification Nights – Sept 12th and Sept 13th

Dear West San Jose Families,

Thank you for registering your players with the West San Jose (WSJ) Chapter of National Junior Basketball (NJB). We are excited to get this season underway!

In order to complete your registration with us, you are required to attend one of the upcoming Player Verification Nights in person. This event includes verification of player registration information.

Who:

  • All confirmed registered and wait-listed Boys and Girls for all Divisions (including previous All-Net players)
  • Rookie players are not required to attend.

When: Tuesday September 12th OR Wednesday September 13th 2017 any time between 7 pm-9 pm. You only need to attend one night

Where: Monroe Middle School (1055 S. Monroe St. San Jose, CA 95128). Please go to the Multi-Purpose Room next to the gym.

Please bring the following (documents are returned after verification):

  1. Proof of your child’s birthdate: Birth certificate or passport
  2. Proof of your address: Current utility bill (PG&E, water or garbage bill. No cable or phone bills)

The purpose of Player Verification Night is to ensure that players actually live within the West San Jose boundaries (which can be difficult to tell at times) and to confirm ages and division placement. Attendance at this event is mandatory and players who do not complete the verification process will be moved to waitlist.

Parents should reconfirm that they live within West San Jose’s boundaries at this website prior to attending Player Verification Night: http://westsanjosenjb.com/about/boundary-map/

We look forward to seeing you at Player Verification Night!

Regards,

West San Jose NJB Board.
