2019 All Star Tournament schedule

The schedule for the 2019 All Star Tournament has been published to the Tourney Machine. The link to the website is follows: https://admin.tourneymachine.com/R57217

Please review thisĀ info completely. Please make note of the following aspects of this schedule.

Although we have included games at Piedmont Hills High on the schedule. The location of those games might need to change should our request to use Piedmont Hills is declined. Because we had already submitted the request to use Piedmont Hills and received tentative approval we are moving forward with that venue listed in the schedule. If you have teams with games schedule there, please remind your teams to be vigilant about checking the schedule for possible venue change.

Girls 6th Grade NANAS and Boys 8th Grade NANAS will have pool play only and no bracket play. ThisĀ is because the number of teams in those divisions required to more time than what was available for a two day tournament. The winners of those divisions will be decided by the pool standings.

Keep in mind that all teams participating in SVNJB NANAS tournament are eligible to attend the National Tournament next weekend (March 9-10). If your team intends to attend please register in the Mikasa National Tournament on the http://www.njbl.org website and book your travel and hotel accommodations.

Please note because of the low number of teams (3), the Boys 6th Grade NANAS will have both pool and bracket play. This was necessary to insure that each participating teams received the minimum games(3) guaranteed for the sectional NANAS tournament. Additionally, since there is no bracket play in the Boys 8th Grade NANAS division and a odd number of teams, one team (WGNANB01) in that division has 4 pool games so that every participating team has at least 3.
In at some divisions, there are only 2 pool games listed on the schedule, but advancement into bracket play is designed so that the guaranteed 3rd game will come through bracket play.

Good luck to all the teams.
