Who is Eligible to attend a Division Evaluation
All registered players are eligible to attend the Division Evaluation. If you were selected for an All Net team you are excluded from this evaluation.
What is the process on Evaluation Day
Player check in will begin 15 minutes before each evaluation. Each player will receive a practice pinnie which must be returned at the conclusion of the evaluation. Players should bring their own ball as well as a water bottle. Players will perform drills and scrimmage with other players. After the evaluations are completed team lists will be posted to the West San Jose website.
What if my player cannot make Evaluation Day
If you are unable to make these times there are no other options to be evaluated prior to the player draft and team formation. Please do everything you can to attend this evaluation.
Why are Boys and Girls being evaluated together
Unfortunately, we have limited gym time to hold evaluations. Allowing all players to be evaluated with their grade level allows for the most even workout session.
What happens if my player is not placed on a Division Team
If there are players that are not selected for a Division team, for whatever reason, those players will be placed on the wait list. Those players will be placed on teams if other players withdraw. If spots do not open up we will do our best to contact other chapters to see if they have openings. If they do not we will refund all players on the waitlist.
Should you have any questions please feel free to reach out. You can find additional information at www.westsanjosenjb.com.
